Conditions of Use

By using our website and booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are financially responsible for all usage of this site on your behalf, including transactions made by others, such as minors, under your supervision.

Reservations

The booking process consists of the following steps:

  • Select your desired tour and specify the travel date, number of passengers, and pick-up location.
  • The system checks availability. If the tour is available, you will proceed to secure payment via credit card using our Opn Payment Gateway.
  • Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive an electronic ticket/voucher via email.
  • Submit passenger details, including full names and passport numbers, to complete travel insurance coverage.

Payment by Credit Card and E-Commerce

All reservations must be made online exclusively through our official website. Payments are securely processed via Opn Payment Gateway. For your security, we do not accept credit card information over the phone or via email. All transactions are encrypted to ensure the safety of your financial data.

Travel Conditions

ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE reserves the right to change or cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to inform customers in advance.
In the event that ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE needs to cancel the tour on that day, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your tour.

Electronic Ticket/Voucher

Your electronic ticket serves as your official booking confirmation. While a printed copy is not mandatory, we recommend having either a digital or physical version available for easy reference during your excursion.

Health and Safety Conditions

Passengers are required to inform ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE of any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the excursion. Passengers assume responsibility for any injuries or complications arising from pre-existing health conditions. If you require special assistance, please notify us in advance to make necessary arrangements.

Pregnant Women

Pregnant women may participate in our tours at their own risk, provided they have a medical certificate confirming that they are between 2 and 6 months pregnant. Water sports are strictly prohibited for pregnant women for safety reasons.

Children and Minors

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE is not liable for the safety of unaccompanied minors during the excursion. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety and conduct.

Liability Waiver

ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE is committed to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all passengers. However, by booking and participating in our tours, passengers agree that ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during the excursion, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Force Majeure

ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE is not responsible for cancellations or changes to the excursion itinerary due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the tour or provide a refund.

Customer Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to adhere to safety guidelines provided by the crew and to behave respectfully toward others. Any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be the financial responsibility of the passenger(s) involved.

Cancellations, No Show, and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to avoid cancellation fees. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. For detailed information regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Travel Insurance

ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE provides basic travel insurance coverage as part of the tour package. This coverage includes medical emergencies and accident protection during the excursion. Passengers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage as needed.
