Do you accommodate passengers with disabilities?: We strive to make our tours accessible, but please contact us in advance so we can discuss any specific needs you may have.
What is the maximum capacity of your boats?: For comfort and safety, we limit the number of passengers on each boat. This varies depending on the boat size, but typically we accommodate up to 30-35 passengers.
Does your tour include travel insurance?: Our tours include travel insurance, which covers medical expenses up to 500,000 THB per person in case of an accident. The detailed insurance conditions will be provided after the customer completes the traveler information form.
