Cancel/Amend/No Show

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy will only apply once your booking has been confirmed. This means that when we have received payment for the tour from you and we have sent you a confirmation document, your booking is confirmed. We do not charge a cancellation fee for travel service requests that have not been confirmed.

Tour Cancellation

Our rates of refund can be summarized as follows:
+2 Days prior to tour date Full Refund
1 Days prior to tour date 50% Charge or 50% refund
- 24 hours prior to tour date Full Charge or No refund
NO-SHOW/Late Arrival Full Charge or No refund
Travel Conditions
  • ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE reserves the right to change or cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to inform customers in advance.
  • In the event that ANDAMAN - SEA SO NICE needs to cancel the tour on that day, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your tour.
To cancel your booking you can apply our online cancellation form or advise us by sending an email to and inserting the word 'Cancel' in the subject line. The email must include the following details:
1. Booking reference ID number
2. Email address you used for the booking
3. First and family name used for the booking
